What is your turn-around time for delivering the media?

For most standard shoots, Immersive Media Solutions has a 24-hour to 48-hour or less turnaround time, but some photo shoots of larger properties or with extensive editing/special requests may take up to 72 hours. Luxury Video services may take up to 7 days.

How will I receive my photos and videos?

All media will be delivered to you via email through our media portal photo delivery.  

How do I pay you?

We accept cash, check, Zelle, and credit card payments made securely by our online electronic invoice system. 

How many photos will I receive?

The amount of photos will depend on the square footage of the house.

3001-6000   Sq. Ft.   35-40 Photos
6001-9000   Sq. Ft.   40-50 Photos
9001-12000 Sq. Ft.   50-60 Photos

What is the cancellation fee?

Cancellations made up to 2 hours before an appointment are free, while cancellations within 2 hours or less incur a charge of $75

What is the video revision policy?

2 revisions are included, excluding Music; therefore, agreeing on the song before is important.
